Elizabeth "Beth" Burton-Nanovic began a career in advocacy prior to attending law school, as she worked as a social worker in Baltimore City's foster care system after graduating from Towson University in Maryland. She attended law school at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in her hometown of Harrisburg. While in school, she devoted her spare time with the VITA program and remained a volunteer until moving to Pike County to start a solo practice. Beth primarily represents clients in front of the Social Security Administration. She honors her social worker roots by giving back to her community, as she is the Pike County Wills for Heroes Coordinator and currently sits on the Board of Directors for NPLS.
